This class is NOT therapy, or counseling, Kahealani facilitates this workshop not to “fix” what is wrong, but to hold space, understand, and help guide others with 5 core principles. Each class has an interactive activity, and each member is sent home with journal prompts to complete at their own pace. $25 per a seat.
